[ It really doesn't seem that way— not with how Simon is offering to help him so much, but his memories are clouded with people who are especially selfish, cold, murderous, afraid and without any inkling of sympathy. Surely this guy isn't like that. That's what Akira is very hesitantly lead to believe.
